NET JRF IS BECOME UPHILL TASK TO BE QUALIFIED AS UGC CHANGED MINIMUM QUALIFYING CRITERIA
UGC DECLARED ITs QUALIFYING CRITERIA FOR NET-JRF DEC 2012
"UGC-NET IN OBJECTIVE MODE FROM JUNE, 2012 ONWARDS" the early statement of UGC for NET aspirant now become a taboo as it is becoming tougher and tougher to crack.
As per declaration of UGC Minimum passing mark in each paper remain same but new qualifying formula created a headache for NET Aspirant.
Thousands of NET JRF Aspirant become frustrated while hearing this news that only 15% out of those candidates who secured minimum qualifying criteria will be declared as NET qualified.

Top 15% candidates ( subject wise and category wise), from the merit list mentioned under step II, will be declared NET qualified for eligibility for lectureship only.
PROCEDURE & CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT:
This will comprise of following steps:
Step I:
Minimum marks to be obtained in NET for considering a candidate for the award of JRF and eligibility for lectureship:The candidates are required to obtain following minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III as given below:

Step II:
Amongst those candidates who have cleared step I, a merit list will be prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates.

Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under step II, will be declared NET qualified for eligibility for lectureship only.

A separate merit list for the award of JRF will be prepared from amongst the NET qualified candidates figuring in the merit list prepared under step III.

PROCEDURE & CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT by ugc is cruel and harmful for aspirant who belongs to rural and small cities. this policy is like rich become richer and poor become more poor. ugc must take care about stud like us who live in rural backward area such as raipur chhattisgarh. there is already lack of lecturer in college and university and why person comes in such raral backward area when he/she get complete all dreams in his/her own urban city. please help and when ugc declare ugc net dec 2012 result as well.
ReplyDeleteI have already attempt ugc net exam 9 time and my subject is computer science and appl., obc- categari. from last 5 attempt i failed to get success from few marks bcos ugc change criteria and pattern each time. I should be fixed at notification time. but ugc illegally set criteria before few day of exam time or result declaration time.

ReplyDeleteJRF is awarded from among topper of NET, JRF refers to "Junior Research Fellowship", after being awarded as "JRF", You will be given stipend for your research work i.e Ph.D,
Firstly you will have to apply for Ph.D entrance test of the Institute/University from where you wish to pursue you Ph.D, However you will be exempted to appear at Entrance Test for Ph.d.
But you will Have to face Interview or counselling.
Priority is given to JRF holder, Once you will be enrolled for Ph.D, Your Fellowship starts, It is Currently monthly Rs.18000+HRA and 25000/- yearly for contingency. You will be entitled to SRF after two year of your research work, which will be Rs 21000/- + HRA.
Once you complete your Ph.D, You should apply for Assistant Professor in Various Universities or Institutions or elsewhere.
You may also be exempted for CAT if you wish to apply to IIM's FPM Program (Fellowship Program in Management).
Remember JRF is Nothing if You dont pursue Ph.D. You Can get the advantage of NET only.
